Please register/login to the Member's Account first, so that you don't have to refill your shipping address/SF Express Service Point code/address every time so as to complete your order placement. You can modify the shipping information at any time before placing the order. Your order information can also be viewed in "My Order". Each customer can only have one Member Account.
Visitors/Non-registered Members can also place orders in this website. Express orders can be placed via Whatsapp/WeChat at +852 9299 0778 or by sending us messages via "Facebook Messenger. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Payme, AlipayHK and Alipay, etc. Thank you!
Steps to Place Order in this Website
When you find your favourite item, click on the picture to enter the product detail page. Select the size, color and the quantity purchased, then press『Add to Shopping Bag』.
You can go to the 『Shopping Bag』 at any time to view and prepare for checkout. If you want to choose more items, you can click 『Continue Shopping』.
After checking the "Shopping Bag",
1. Either press『Checkout』- You can choose Offline Payment (such as Bank Transfer, Payme, AlipayHK, Alipay) or pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express card via PayPal platform (no need to open PayPal account) ; or
Then, fill in your Delivery Details, press『Continue』, select Shipping Method, and then press 『Continue』.
Choose Payment Method and fill in the payment information, press『Continue』.
Your order data will be displayed. Please check carefully if all the information is correct. After pressing 『Place Order』, the screen will display your order number and payment information. You cannot cancel or change the order once it was placed.
The system will immediately confirm your order by email. It contains the payment information, delivery method, and order details. Please check the information again. For customer who chooses to pay by Bank Transfer, Payme, AlipayHK or Alipay, please complete the payment process within 2 working days.
After payment was made, all orders can be checked in "My Account". Click "Order Number" to check the actual status of the goods.
PayPal - With the PayPal platform, you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express card. (Without having to open a PayPal account !)
Bank Transfer - Please transfer to the designated Hong Kong's bank account within 2 working days (the account number will be displayed when the order is placed). Please send us a copy of the receipt after payment made, via『Instant Chat』, Facebook Messenger, email email@example.com, or Whatsapp/WeChat to +852 9299 0778. Please clearly indicate your order number, thank you ! Please sate keep the payment receipt.
Payme/AlipayHK/Alipay - Please pay via the designated phone number within 2 working days (the phone number will be displayed when the order is placed), and clearly indicate the order number.
Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.
Items in stock are despatched within 1-3 working days after payment made.
Items out of stock and need to be reordered from Korea are expected to be despatched within 5-14 working days.
Once a purchase order is placed, there is no refund or color replacement.
If the items purchased/ordered are out of stock/discontinued, we will refund to you or you can purchase other items.

➤ Tariffs and other taxes may be imposed when the goods arrive in your country. If applicable, please pay these charges directly to the shipping company. Tax policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
～ Purchase Clauses & Return Policy ～
If the goods purchased/ordered are out of stock or discontinued, we will refund to you or customers can choose another item.
Once the item is sold, there is no refund or color replacement.
Every item will be carefully checked before despatched. If customer finds any quality problems of the item, please take a photo after receiving the item to show the damages within ＊2 working days＊. Please send us the photo by『Instant Chat』, Facebook Messenger, email firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp/WeChat to +852 9299 0778. We will contact you as soon as possible for the exchange arrangement and we will pay for the exchange shipping costs.
Goods cannot be returned with the following reasons/conditions:-
- Over the return period requirement (2 working days)
- The company tag hang on the goods has been cut, or the original packaging has been discarded.
– Washed / used
– Damage due to customer's personal reasons
– Minor and less obvious dirt/factory defect.
– Color different: Different monitors show slightly different in color of a goods. The color of the goods is subject to the actual product!
– Clothing size deviation: Since the measurement methods of different goods may be slightly different, the size measured may has a deviation of 1-4 cm from the actual size. All clothes are mainly measured in a natural flat manner,
- Only one replacement arrangement can be made for each order. Once the goods are sold, no refund will be given.
Once you have placed an order which means you agree and accept the above terms. The store reserves the right to make the final decision on the above terms and conditions, and no specific announcement will be made for any changes.
